The MACC is located at One Cameron Way, Kahului, Maui. The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, also open two hours before Castle Theater shows and one hour before McCoy Studio Theater shows. The Box Office is located at the front gates of The Center, across from the big banyan tree!

Driving Directions: MACC is across the road from Kahului Harbor, between the campus of Maui Community College & Keopuolani Park. From Ka'ahumanu Ave heading towards Wailuku, turn right on Kahului Beach Road and go a short way along Kahului Harbor; turn left at the stoplight onto Wahinepi'o. From Ka'ahumanu Ave heading from Wailuku, turn left on Wahinepi'o at the stoplight (note that street sign on the right hand side will say Papa). The Box Office is located at the left side of our beautiful front gates, across from the big banyan tree.

Freda Payne in Concert

Maui Invitational Music Festival presents singer and actress Freda Payne in concert. Best known for her 1970 hit single “Band of Gold,” Payne has also appeared in films, television and on Broadway. She has worked with such luminaries as Quincy Jones, Pearl Bailey and Bill Cosby, recorded 21 albums and toured around the world. Her acting credits include stage productions of Ain’t Misbehavin’’ with Della Reese and movies such as The Nutty Professor II and The Klumps. In 2009 Payne appeared on the popular TV show American Idol and sang her multi-million selling hit, “Band of Gold.” She joined Kanye West, Celine Dion, Tony Bennett, Barbra Streisand and many more artists in 2010 to record the remake of “We Are The World” for Haiti Relief. Vocalists Sheryl Renee and Clay Mortensen will open the show with classic duets. Enjoy a gospel choir tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in McCoy Courtyard at 6:30 pm.353

The oldest dance company in America, Martha Graham Dance Company has been a leader in the development of contemporary dance since its founding in 1926. Graham and her company expanded contemporary dance’s vocabulary of movement and forever altered the scope of the art form by rooting works in contemporary social, political, psychological and sexual contexts. In this production, featuring Prelude and Revolt, Lamentation Variations, El Penitente and Appalachian Spring, you’ll see a montage of Graham’s work with narration, providing a history of this iconic artist. It charts the era when Martha Graham burst onto the scene and brings her company to the present day. 256

Maui Film Festival presents Yogawoman

YOGAWOMAN travels to nine nations around the world to show how women, led by a new generation of dynamic female teachers, including Patricia Walden, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, are replacing the formerly dominant, rigid style of yoga with a distinctly feminine practice that honors intuition, family, flow, connection, community, activism and the cyclical nature of our lives. Together, they have created a global phenomenon that has changed the face of yoga forever. Narrated by Academy Award nominee Annette Bening. A fundraiser for Women Helping Women, whose mission is to end domestic violence through advocacy, education and prevention, and to offer safety, support and empowerment to women and children who are victims of domestic violence. A complimentary yoga class for attendees is planned for 6 to 7 pm on the A&B Amphitheater lawn. Maui Film Festival's intention is to set a new record for the largest yoga class held in Hawai'i. 364

Founded in Warsaw in 1995, the Szymanowski Quartet has developed into one of the most exceptional international string quartets of its generation. The chamber group’s extraordinarily high standard has garnered them prizes at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition and at the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition. In 2007 the Polish government awarded them the Medal of Honor for their service to Polish culture.257

One of the most sought-after choreographers working today, Trey McIntyre has created a canon of more than 80 works for companies such as American Ballet Theatre, Stuttgart Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and New York City Ballet. In 2008, he officially formed the highly acclaimed Trey McIntyre Project based in Idaho. An American alternative rock band from Sacramento, California, CAKE is comprised of lead singer John McCrea, trumpeter Vince DiFiore, guitarist Xan McCurdy, bassist Gabe Nelson and drummer Paulo Baldi. The band is noted for McCrea’s sarcastic lyrics and deadpan voice, DiFiore’s trumpet parts and a wide range of musical influences, including country, rock, funk, mariachi, Iranian folk and hip-hop. CAKE released five hit albums between 1994-2004. After forming its own label, Upbeat Records, the band released Showroom of Compassion in 2011, which became its first album to debut at the top of the Billboard charts.
