Thursday, October 7
SOLO SESSIONS: with Jake Shimabukuro
McCoy Theater, 7:30 pm
Get a session with Jake Shimabukuro, Hawaii’s ‘ukulele ambassador, unplugged in the intimate McCoy Studio! Jake will take the stage with stories, songs and lightening-fast strumming in his signature ‘ukulele style. Peace, Love & ‘Ukulele.
Tickets: $25 and $45 VIP which includes premium seating, early access to the theater for a sound check and meet-and-greet with Jake (plus applicable fees)
Friday, October 15
The Comedy Hui
McCoy Studio Theater, 7 pm
This monthly island improv comedy show features fast-paced games, wacky characters and even a few musicals. If you liked the TV show, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” you won’t want to miss this one, which is character based comedy from audience suggestion. Each performance is completely different because each audience co-creates the show with the cast and a live band. Get your giggles on and don’t forget to bring your friends for a night full of laugh-out-loud fun.
Tickets: $22, $11 (Kids 12 and under) (plus applicable fees)
Sunday, October 17
Maui `Ukulele Festival
New Pavilion & Amphitheater, 1-6 pm
Enjoy a kick-back afternoon of island music with highly-acclaimed musicians on stage in the newly opened Yokouchi Family Pavilion and amphitheater. Gates open at 12:30 pm; blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged. Renowned ‘ukulele advocate and teacher Roy Sakuma will serve as M.C. Popular ‘ukulele performers include Herb Ohta-san and Uncle Richard Ho‘opi‘i. Door prizes will be given away; island food and crafts will be available for purchase. Admission is FREE.

Event Lawn
A flexible outdoor venue with either festival style general admisison or reserved-number chair set-up on the lawn. Each show varies according to audience, artist & tech needs.
